For QS motor 3000w 205 50H V3TI electric motor, it’s new design and especially upgrades for e-bike. It could be 72V 70KPH-90KPH, available in a variety of sizes, such as 17inch, 18inch, 19inch moped wheel.

Key Features

1). Simplify to make a electric-bicycle. Gearbox, transmission shaft, clutch are no need. Which save space.

2). It could be installed in the rear to save more space for battery.

Main difference between V3 and V3TI

1. Phase wire exit from thread side, which is easier to mount on bike and it looks better.

2. Phase wire change to integrated one instead of standard loose one, which improved from IP54 to IP65.

3. Add brake spacer as default, which is thinner to avoid scratch phase wire by brake disc.

For 205 spoke motor, we provide 1 piece Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13, 1 piece Hex Nuts M16*1.5*7, 1 piece 4mm thick Washer as default.

Option 1:

Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13 + Hex Nut M16*1.5*7

Option 2:

Hex Flange Nuts M16*1.5*13 + 4mm thick Washer

We suggest option 1, if the motor shaft length is not enough, choose option 2 and make sure the washer is installed and tight, otherwise there is a risk of shaft broken.

1. Please contact seller confirm the parameter, otherwise we will produce as default.

2. Please extended 15 days more at least for order prepare when motor no in stock. (Most of motor is customized based on application, without in stock).
